Brussels Transport

The Brussels transport system operates from around 05:00-23:00/00:00. Free transport maps are available from the tourist information offices and the STIB ticket Kiosks, as well as metro stations and some hotels. There are various types of tickets, from a single journey to one day and tourist passes.

The Metro (which has three lines) serves the city centre well but to reach certain areas the bus or tram is better.
