Facilities

There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops (including duty-free) as well as a bank, post office and Bureaux de Change. ATM's can be found in the Arrivals Hall.

Passengers can use pre-installed PCs, and mobile phones are available for hire from Locaphone in the Arrivals Hall. There are also data ports for laptops and a fax service is available.

You can hire the services of a porter (Tel: + 32 (0)2 753 4117 or 6914) for your luggage while lockers can be found on level 0 and there is a facility to store oversized luggage. Use the telephones near the lockers to use this facility.

A hairdresser, baby-changing facilities and art exhibitions are also found in the terminal.

Disabled facilities

There are wheelchair accessible toilets as well as lifts and wheelchairs on request.

The Skyport Corporate Meeting Centre on the fourth floor has ten small meeting rooms and a secretarial service.

Brussels Airport Transport

De Lijn buses go every 45 minutes to the city centre and stop at various places en route.
MIVB/STIB express buses go from the airport to NATO, the European Commission area and the city centre, three times an hour, Monday to Friday 07:00-20:00.

Various bus companies, such as Sabena, go to European cities. The bus station is situated on level 0 below the Arrivals Hall.

The railway station is on the basement level of the airport and the Airport City Express runs to the city centre (to the three main stations Gare Centrale, Gare du Nord and Gare du Midi) every 10-30 minutes. Direct trains are also available to Ghent, De Panne and Quievrain/Quevy.
